Our Beautiful Trip

Stuttgart 21

The project was officially announced in April 1994. Stuttgart 21 is a project of extension and renovation of the railroad network. The principal aim is to shorten the travel time between Stuttgart and the other cities and to the airport. So this project imply a lot of works and lot of money, like the construction of new tracks, tunnels and underground tracks and highspeed tracks. Finally 57km of tracks will be created, 16 tunnels and 18 bridges.  Construction work began on 2 February 2010. As of March 2013, total costs are officially estimated at 6.5 billion euros. All the people isn't agree with this project for some reasons like econmic reason or ecological reason.

The German lifestyle

We asked few questions to the people about their custom:

-How do you spend your time?
The most famous hobby in German is the football.A lot of people love football like me. But girls prefer spend her time with shopping or cinema.

-Is there any wey to recycle in Stuttgart, is the recycling encouraged?
Yes of course they have bin for that and they also have machines with wich you can put an empty can and the machine gives them back coins.

-Is there any help for the students in Stuttgart?
Yes but it's not a help that comes from the city, but it's a help of the state and it's only available for the public universities. But there is no help for the accomodation.

The trip

I really enjoyed this trip because it was very instructive and very funny with my friends.I learnt a lot of things about car and architecture with the visit of the Mercedez Museum and the Porshe Museum.
The Mercedez Museum is very beautiful. In addition,Stuttgart is an amazing city with a lot of shops and the inhabitant were really plesant and sociable.Asking them some questions was very easy because the people were not shy, they help us a lot.I spend my free time with my friends to shopping. One night,we looked an important match of a German team with a lot of german guys,it was very funny. When we left Stuttgart,I was very sad. If i could do it this trip again,I would.

Do you have a car ?

We asked some questions to german people in the streets of Stuttgart about

cars. The first one was about their car. We oberved that everybody is not
searching for the same qualities in a car. It depends of the social
category of the person. In fact, the oldest ans the parents especially
mothers want particity, like speace or not lower cars. Younger people are
more looking for the style, the power but they can't buy the most prices
cars. 60% of them have a German car. We also ask
them about what are there feelings when it comes to German cars. They were
really proud. At the end we asked them if there are already went to the
Porsche or the Mercedes museum and they all did at least one. That justifies the impact of those companies in German's life
